    This auction is for a 1995 Iowa Sesquicentennial License Plate. It is a 1992 base plate with a 1995 sticker attached.

    over three years old as per ebay's rules and expired in 1995.
    Buyer to add .75 First Class Mail shipping with the plate wrapped in a liner and then in cardboard. Priority Mail Legal Flat Rate Envelope is also available if desired at .25 with the same liner and protective cardboard inserts. The Priority Mail shipping will include insurance.
