This auction is for a 1997 Iowa License Plate. It is a 1986 base plate with a 1997 sticker attached.

e the picture and click on it to enlarge to see the picture larger and clearer as everyone's opinion on condition varies. In my opinion it is in near mint condition. It has marks on the upper bolt holes and is super clean and glossy. The white reflective characters are super white and clean. It is
over three years old as per ebay's rules and expired in 1997.
Buyer to add .75 First Class Mail shipping with the plate wrapped in a liner and then in cardboard. Priority Mail Legal Flat Rate Envelope is also available if desired at .25 with the same liner and protective cardboard inserts. The Priority Mail shipping will include insurance.
