Arkhan is not glued to his saddle, and the rains are attached to his hands, but not the mount. This listing does not include Mannfred or Neferata, but if you aquired those bits seperately, you can swap the riders without having to perform surgery.
This model is a bit fragile so i will explain how i will package:  Arkhan seperately bubble wrapped, and the mount bubble wrapped and then laid on its side with nice pillows of bubble wrap above and below. i will make it firm in box to avoid movement.  In other words I will do my best, and I am very sorry if you have to make any repairs!
