There were only a few hundred of these ever made and they were only available as part of a surprise CBS Twitter promotion back in 2009. The Barney Stinson bobble head comes with the original box as shown.  You are bidding on the exact item in the pictures.  The base looks as if it may have some glue residue on it as shown in the pictures.  The Bobble head measures 5 inches from base to the top of his head.
