Chocolate Labrador Retriever Cup/Vase/???

Adorable chocolate lab attached to mug with paw prints all around. Would be a nice pencil holder for desk or as a vase???? Unknown maker. Stands approx. 5 1/2" tall X 4" wide including the head. Nice for a gift or collectibles. Thanks!
