    Computer Measurements Company CMC 226B Universal timer counter, vacuum tube type.
    Operating condition is unknown, appears to be generally complete, with no obvious significant physical damage, and relatively clean internally.
    Some stains, scratches, marks etc. on the case, some paint loss, scratches, etc. on front panel.
    Some tubes are visibly bad (hazy white inside).  Surface rust on outside of cabinet (see last photo for example).
