Folder has reasonable amount of minor wear and tear given age. Small amount of surface oxidization on booklet staples, staples are otherwise solid and in good condition.
Production info booklet's pages and photos are near mint, with no markings. Photo wax paper sleeve has expected amount of creasing due to long term storage. See photos!
