We ship to all states in the continental US, but not to Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Us Territories, and APO/FPO addresses. We also cannot deliver orders to P.O. Boxes. We do not ship to Canada, or any other international destination at this time.

Orders that are delivered to us by 10:00 AM Pacific Time on any business day will be shipped out the same day. Orders received later in the day will be shipped out on the next business day. We use FedEx SmartPost shipping - a method that offers a partnership between FedEx and the US Post Office - FedEx delivers your package to a post office in your local area, and the Post Office delivers your package to your home. It usually takes 3-8 business days for delivery of your package after we ship it. This method is trackable, and you will receive a tracking number after we ship your package. Any order that is greater than 0 in total value will be shipped using FedEx Home Delivery, which usually takes 1-5 business days for delivery, and will also require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping is based on weight and starts at .99. We offer combined shipping discounts for multiple items. Your total shipping charges will be automatically computed and displayed on the eBay website as you are shopping, before you place your order.

Return Policy:
Orders are carefully inspected for quality, assortment, and proper packaging prior to shipment. Nobody is perfect, however, and we know that. Manufacturers may screw up, shipping carriers can err, and yes, even we might make a mistake from time to time. Or you might change your mind.
If for any reason you are not delighted with the order you receive, you are welcome to return most unused/unopened or defective items sold by Entertainment Earth within 60-days from the receipt of your shipment for a prompt refund or replacement. Policy details subject to change without notice.
Since Entertainment Earth deals with popular collectibles, some merchandise may sell out. If so, we might not be able to send a replacement and will give you a refund instead. Products must be returned in their entirety (no partial cases) in the original condition and packaging, in saleable condition, without missing parts, and with the invoice (either the original or a copy).
You will be refunded for the price of the items and any taxes. This refund will not include any original shipping and processing charges, unless the products are damaged when you receive them. Your credit will appear AFTER Entertainment Earth receives and processes your returned item, as long as the item meets all criteria stated in this return policy.
