    high quality operation in such diverse areas as: production line testing, service and calibration(two-way radio and test
    equipment), frequency monitoring, education and training. The Agilent 5381A employs the direct counting technique and,
    with 7 digits, offers resolution of 10 Hz in 0.1sec, 1 Hz in 1 sec, and 0.1 Hz in 10sec.
