Please avoid using sharp items on these coasters as the resin could scratch. Store away from sunlight. The coasters are not flame proof or microwave safe nor dishwasher safe. I Combine Shipment for multiple items purchased from me from a single account within 7 days (day starting from the purchase of the 1st item).
Shipping price depends on the total weight of the parcel. All my items already have correctly declared shipping costs. If you wish to purchase more than 1 items, I do offer either all items for 1 shipping charges or I charge minimal extra shipping depending on the items and country to be shipped to. As these are handmade items hence weight/dimensions varies & hence the shipping charges, so mostly it can only be calculated on case to case basis.
Express or faster shipping is possible via express mail couriers. They usually deliver within 3-5 business days, but charge a little bit more than regular mail. The price depends on the destination country and parcel dimensions and weight. Contact me and I'll find out the price for your order.
Parcels will only be sent to the buyer's confirmed address received at the time of payment made via PayPal.
Please make very sure that the parcel is not tampered/damaged/opened from anywhere before accepting it, if anything wrong is found with the parcel then refuse the delivery and contact me immediately.
I try to Securely Deliver the Goods on Time, but during the course of everyday transactions, some unfortunate things like delay/loss/pilferage (which cannot be controlled by me) happen which I try to take up seriously & solve amicably & expect my buyer's full co-operation.

Items are accepted in ORIGINAL CONDITION unworn, undamaged, unaltered & all ORIGINAL PACKING must be included!!! All products must be shipped back with all original accessories, free gifts & all the documentation that you have received from me in the shipment including the invoice. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. I will not reimburse the return shipping. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. ENTRY TAX IF APPLICABLE INTO INDIA WILL HAVE TO BOURNE BY THE BUYER.
A wrong way of dispatch may lead to a lot of paper work and delay in receipt. After you ship the package please provide us with the tracking number. Upon receiving your item back & after thorough inspection, your money will be refunded. We will then cancel the transaction, you have to confirm the cancellation email that you will receive from eBay.
