    Description

    For sale is a pair of very rare IOWA OFFICIAL CITY LICENSE PLATES.  These are not embossed.  It is a very hard to find set.  I was told they might have been used on city vehicles and some proposed possibly even city cops.  Please closely examine the photos to see exact condition and dimensions.  I am unsure what is on the back of the one plate - it almost seems like it is tar.  The bottom plate appears to have a little touch up around a few numbers.
