SNAP ON XT7100 COMPLETE ASSEMBLED REVERSE VALVE KIT WITH ALL NEW PARTS

Description

This ebay Buy-It-Now offering provides the above shown parts to field repair your Snap on XT7100 1/2" drive impact wrench. I listed the parts that are shown on the Snap on Parts Supplement dated July 18, 2005 as of August 22, 2005.
This valve ships assembled with the regulator knob already threaded into the regulator spool valve.
The XT7100-3 rear cover gasket is Snap on obsolete...as-in no longer available. Carefully loosen the back cover screws about 6 turns first and tap around the rear cover with a rubber or plastic hammer to loosen it without breaking the gasket. If you do separate the parts with gasket delamination just reinstall the cover with the part tightened evenly. If you tear the gasket and break it then a new gasket will need to be made.
Provided in this lot are as shown above and stated below:
XT7100-9........as item 20, the reverse valve.
ME7A211.........as item 22, an external style retaining ring.
XT7100-16......as item 23, the pressure regulator spool valve with a new o'ring not shown in the original prints from Snap on. There is no Snap on assigned part number for this o'ring.
XT7100-10.......as item 25, the reverse lever.
XT7100-17.......as item 28, the pressure regulator knob with retaining screw and washer. A #6 X 1/2" long Torx head or Phillips screw with lock washer is already threaded into the regulator spool. This is something I do in advance for you the ebay customer as Snap on did not do this when they made this part.
