Concerns worth noting:
1. Backdrop wood service has issues: Scratch, discoloration in lettering & stain, dents in wood and Bacardi Emblem top slightly off center.
Above issues may or may not be able to correct.  Scratch & stain issues robably could be lightly sanded in those areas and or try the iron wet cloth to raise the wood via steam.
Lettering?  Most likely nothing you can do.

Still a nice piece with a little effort.
Brushed metal frame, Wood base, backdrop and edge trim backdrop. Mesh metal screen sides tack welded in place.
Measures approximately:
10 1/2 inches wide base
10 inches wide backdrop
6 inch depth base
4 3/4 inch depth useable surface base (backdrop cuts into portion of base)
2 1/4 inch height base
13 inches tall bottom to top (lowest part of backdrop)
16 1/4 inches tall total height
Weight approximately 5 pounds 9 ounces by itself.  Shipping weight approximately 7-8 pounds for shipping.
