    Thumbelina doll vintage 20 in with original dress and slip. Dress in great shape, some very slight age coloring . One pin hole in skirting of dress front . The bonnet and sweater are hand knitted. I think you could order the knit pattern when these dolls were popular and make your own.  May want to laundry the sweater.See pictures for the condition of the cloth body. The knob still work and head wobbles when turned.
