Vintage Uniform Shirt with Multiple Shooting Medals (1978 - 1980) BSA? 16 Medals

Description

Storage Locker find.  Possible a BSA shirt with numerous shooting metal, some of which are dated 1978 - 1980 and a couple say Big Spring TX.
Found together with BSA hat (included in auction).  No patches/troop numbers.  No tags but stenciled Size is Medium.  There are 16 medals.  3 of the Medals are marked CL MED.
